Rainbow Weekend Get-away
August 25:
Arrive via the Lady II for lunch at the bakery and a relaxing
afternoon to spend exploring the Stehekin Valley, 1100’ elevation.
August 26:
A 10 mile hike will take us Rainbow Meadows, yep, it’s as nice
as the name implies We’ll camp at about 4500’ at the edge
of a big meadow.
August 27:
A lay-over day to explore around the Rainbow Lakes (5600’) and
the nearby ridges.
August 28: Hike out the 11 miles in time
to catch the Lady II downlake.
